Dedicating a name creates a meaningful and lasting tribute, offering a place for reflection and remembrance.
In honouring someone special, you're helping us continue providing compassionate care and support to local patients and families.
Add a Name to the Book
If you'd like to add a name to the 2026 Book of Remembrance, you can do so through our donation form.
When asked 'What is your reason for donating?' please select Book of Remembrance, and include the name(s) you wish to add.
To be included in both the physical and digital Book, names must be submitted by Sunday 22 November.
Names added after this date will still be included in the digital Book.

The Book of Remembrance will be available to view at the Hospice Remembrance Evening on Saturday 5 December.
