Hospice Community Hub

Free drop in advice, information and support for anyone affected by a life‑limiting illness.

The Hub is a space for connection with others, whether you're adjusting to a diagnosis, supporting a loved one or grieving, you'll find a supportive community here.

No need to book. Our Hubs are open to everyone - just drop in and you'll be made to feel right at home.

Our drop in offers:

  • Emotional support: someone to talk to who understands what you're going through.

  • Practical information: supportive guidance on accessing Hospice services, planning ahead, and managing day‑to‑day life with a little more ease.

  • Peer support: meet others who truly understand and find connection with people who are navigating a similar journey.

Whether you're a patient, carer, family member or friend, you're free to come as you are, stay as long as you need, and take part in whatever feels right for you.
