As an organisation our aim is to provide the best possible services to anyone who has contact with us.

Patient Care

We are committed to providing a quality service to all our patients, carers and visitors. You are in the best position to judge how we are doing and we would like you to tell us when we get it wrong in order that we can learn and improve. Should you wish to make a complaint, please talk to a member of staff, or alternatively contact our Director of Patient Care, Chris Benson by letter or email at chris.benson@stpetershospice.org. Quite often we can resolve a complaint immediately. If not, we will investigate your complaint fully in accordance with Hospice policy and update you with any actions that have been taken.

Shops

We value all our customers, whether donating or shopping at our charity shops. We recognise that, from time to time, problems may occur. In the first instance, please make your complaint to a member of staff at the shop it relates to or ask to speak to the Manager or Assistant Manager at that shop.
