Patient Care Stories

We want to understand how well our services are working, and what we could change to make them even better.

We're proud of the care we give, we know that our services are valued and this is reflected in the feedback we get. But we also know there's always room for improvement.

Across three weeks in August, we're going to be speaking to as many people as we can. We'll be listening, discussing and understanding how well our services are working, and what could be improved.

Advice Line team member

We're looking for participants from the following groups:

  • People with a life-limiting illness currently under our care

  • Family members and carers whose loved one received our care within the last five years

If you are in either of these categories and would like to take part in this evaluation, we would be really grateful to hear from you.

Taking part will involve a one-to-one conversation, lasting up to an hour. This could be in-person, on the phone or by video call.

If you are selected, to support you to take part we can cover expenses such as travel costs and talk through any accessibility requirements.

If you would prefer to do this over the phone, you can call us on 01275 391437 to speak to one of the team.
