The Rugby March

The Rugby March routes

The Rugby March has two routes of different distances. Put on your walking boots and choose between a 5km or 10km route through Bristol.

5km Route: This walk follows an accessible route. It is flatter than the six mile route with no steps and is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Leaving from Ashton Gate, follow the River Avon and take in the spectacular view of the Clifton Suspension Bridge, then enjoy the lower part of Ashton Court Estate and return to Ashton Gate.

10km Route: Leave from Ashton Gate, follow the River Avon and take in the view of the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Walk beneath the Bridge and then ascend via some steps in Nightingale Valley into Leigh Woods. Cross over the Bridge and head to the Clifton Observatory. You'll then return over the Bridge and then walk through through Ashton Court Estate to Ashton Gate.

We've got a new look

You may notice that our website has a new look. Research carried out last year revealed there were many barriers to people accessing our support, so our refreshed branding aims to help break down misconceptions about who we are and what we do.

This is part of a bigger piece of work for us - we're aiming to double the number of people we support by 2030.
