How to claim your prize

Are you a winner? Congratulations!

If you've joined the lottery and play every week, or bought your tickets online, we'll send you your prize directly.
If you bought your ticket in a shop, please give us a call on 01275 391400 so we can send you your prize. Make sure you have your ticket receipt with you when you call.

Cash prizes will be paid by cheque, or directly into your bank account. Gift Card prizes will be sent by post.

If we are unable to contact a winner after six months, the prize money will be donated back to the Hospice.

How to check your lottery numbers from a shop ticket

Your lottery ticket from a shop will look like a receipt, with a Ticket Number printed on it in the format XX-XXX-XXXXX (the number of digits may vary). The first two numbers refer to the lottery draw number. Your lottery number is the third of these numbers - so this is the number you should look for.
