Sam a daughter, a friend, a colleague and family to her close ones including Thorn (her dog) will be greatly missed by many. Her infectious smile and inspiring ways of motivating others proved she was an Angel in disguise. Always in our hearts x
Sam was a senior pharmacy dispenser who had worked in the NHS trust for 17 years as a pharmacy porter and then receptionist before becoming a dispenser. Sam had been suffering with epilepsy for a number of years, her death has left a big hole in our hearts. Sam made an impact like no other in and outside of work, and genuinely cared about others before herself, a humble, loving, self-less person. Sam will always be remembered as our Sweetheart forever in our hearts...
