Course cancellation policy

Cancellations made by St Peter's Hospice

We will make every effort to give you at least 14 days’ notice if a course date or time needs to be changed or cancelled. However, we reserve the right to alter or cancel a course at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. If this affects your availability, you will be offered the option to transfer on to another course.

If St Peter's Hospice cancels a course, delegates will not be charged or will be offered a refund if already paid.

Cancellations made by candidates

Cancellations within 14 days of the course will still be charged for unless the delegate opts to transfer their place to a future session.

We can accept named substitutes up until the day before the training.

Where a delegate does not attend a course without cancelling in advance they will still be charged in full.

We've got a new look

You may notice that our website has a new look. Research carried out last year revealed there were many barriers to people accessing our support, so our refreshed branding aims to help break down misconceptions about who we are and what we do. 

This is part of a bigger piece of work for us - we're aiming to double the number of people we support by 2030.
