Alan was known to many on the folk scene in and around Bristol. He will be particularly remembered for his monologues which included the famous "The Lion and Albert"
He leaves behind his son Tim, partner Maggie, Brother Eric and sister Barbara.
Alan, your kindness, guidance and example stays with me still all these years later.
