IMPORTANT: Entrants must be 14 years of age or over on the night of the event,
Saturday 13th July 2019. An adult guardian must accompany each entrant aged 14-17 years for the duration of the Midnight Walk. The guardian must agree to this whensigning up and separately enter in The Midnight Walk. The applications must be submitted together. The full entry fee is applicable.
Personal details: all entrants must provide a home address with postcode, together with an emergency contact name, relationship to the participant and telephonenumber of someone who will be available on the night of the event. This should not be someone participating in the walk.
The registration fee for any entries received is non-refundable and non-transferable.
No animals apart from guide dogs are permitted.
On NO account is alcohol to be brought to the event site or consumed during The Midnight Walk.
Disabled entrants are welcome to take part although due to the nature of the event we ask you to contact us prior to completing the form as some people with disabilities may not find the route suitable. If a disabled entrant requires assistance from another person, this person must also enter as an individual. Only guide dogs are accepted – no other pets or animals are permitted.
The Midnight Walk is not a race. No walkers are allowed to run or jog and no walker must pass the nominated lead walkers.
Medical Information - You are responsible for your own medical condition and all participants walk at their own risk. St Peter’s Hospice will not accept liability for any injury or loss as a result of your participation but you understand that your statutory rights remain unaffected. You agree to seek medical advice from your general practitioner if you are in any doubt as to your physical ability to participate in the event.
By signing up for the walk you agree to follow the reasonable directions of St Peter’s Hospice and abide by the rules and conditions of entry for The Midnight Walk.
By signing up for the walk you are giving your permission for any photographs or video footage taken of you to be used in Hospice and third party future publicity.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, if necessary St Peter’s Hospice reserves the right to cancel this event at any time.
St Peter’s Hospice cannot be held responsible for loss of or damage to any personal belongings.
