As an organisation, our aim is to provide the best possible services to anyone who has contact with us through out fundraising department.
We only exist because of public donations so our supporters deserve the highest standards in everything that we do.
However, unfortunately there may be times when we do not meet our high standards and when this does happen, we would like to hear about it, deal with the situation as quickly as possible and put measures in place to make sure it does not happen again.
How to tell us your thoughts:
We will acknowledge any fundraising complaint within five working days and give a more detailed response, if needed, within ten days. And wherever possible, we will deal with it more quickly.
We really value all feedback, good or bad.
