Madmess My Way

The colour and fun of Madmess is coming to your doorstep, with the first ever Madmess My Way!

We may not be able to hold our Madmess 5K as we’d planned this year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still enjoy a fun run packed full of colour while raising vital funds for the Hospice, and celebrating the memories of our loved ones.

Choose a date in July or August to take on either 5km or the Kid’s Kilometre challenge, before celebrating at the finish line with a colourful paint party (we provide the paint). You can run, walk, skip or scoot – it’s entirely up to you!

Once you’ve signed up we’ll send you:

  • A white St Peter’s Hospice t-shirt to get messy
  • A packet of powder paint
  • A sign to pin to your t-shirt telling everyone why it is you’re running, or who you’re remembering
  • Some fundraising resources and tips
  • A medal, once you’ve sent us a photo of you finishing the run, or a screenshot of your completed kilometres

Registration costs £5 per person to cover the costs of the above, but we really hope you’ll consider fundraising too. The target we’re setting you us £25 which will make such a huge difference to our patients and their loved ones.

If you want to take part but can’t do it in July or August that’s no problem. You can undertake the challenge whenever suits you, we’ll still be here with tips for fundraising and support.

Please follow all current government guidance regarding groups and social distancing. Please also read our Terms and Conditions for Madmess My Way.

Fundraise for your Hospice

The sponsorship you raise will go towards supporting Hospice patients. We’re here to help every 'Madmesser' that signs up to raise as much as possible but if you’d prefer not to ask for sponsorship, you can choose to make a donation when you register. We rely on the generosity and determination of our incredible supporters to help keep the Hospice running and every pound you raise or donate will do just that!
