We've been shortlisted in the 2020 Charity Film Awards!

St Peter's Hospice has been unveiled on the shortlist for the 2020 Charity Film Awards.

Our film 'How We Care' was created to introduce patients and families to hospice care and the services that they might use. Our key contributors were patients and families - we were telling their stories.

The film has now made it through to the Long Form over 5M Turnover Category and will move forward to the next stage.

65,000 people took part in the public voting stage to determine the shortlist. The Charity Film Awards panel of expert judges, which includes high profile names from entertainment, business, politics and media. The winners of the Charity Film Awards 2020 will be announced at a gala ceremony in London, in the Spring.

The Charity Film Awards celebrates the effective use of video by the third sector to change mindsets, raise awareness for the charity or fundraise.

Celebrity Ambassadors for Charity Film Awards include; Mariella Frostrup, Quentin Willson, Jason Bell and Chris Warburton.

Simon Burton, Co-Founder of the Charity Film Awards said, "In the digital age, charities' use of video is fundamental to engage the hearts and minds of their communities. St Peter's Hospices' film is a great example of that in action."
