St Peter’s Hospice launches colourful collection

St Peter’s Hospice Shops have launched their Autumn/Winter ‘17 campaign and are aiming to brighten up the dull days with splashes of colour

The Autumn/Winter Colour collection stocked by the 50 St Peter’s Hospice shops throughout Bristol and beyond mixes traditional warm autumn colours and textured fabrics with bold shocks of primary colours.

With designers like Karen Millen, French Connection and Paul Smith on the racks, as well as high street names like Topshop, Next, Zara and River Island, savvy shoppers can get hold of some of their favourite brands at less than half the original price.

Head of Retail Paul Chivers says St Peter’s Hospice challenges the limits of charity shopping. “Our shops are a brilliant source of high-quality affordable fashion. The collection we have put together this season will enable people to put together eye-catching outfits that are both weather and wallet appropriate!

“Pre-loved fashion has really taken off in recent year with sites like ebay and Depop becoming increasingly popular. The advantage of our shops is that you can try before you buy and the money you spend goes straight back into helping patients and families in Bristol.

“We are also upcycling clothes and fabrics to give them a bespoke vintage feel – many shops now have a dedicated vintage section and our City Centre store has just launched its own Urban Fashion section.

“All money generated from our shops and clearance stores goes directly towards caring for patients with life-limiting illnesses as well as supporting their families, both at the hospice and out in the community.”
