Bank register - UPDATE |
In addition to our permanent vacancies, we also maintain a Bank Register for Nurses and Health Care Assistants and recruit to this on a regular basis.
We maintain a Bank of around 50 Health Care Assistants and Qualified Nurses whom we call on to cover holidays, sickness and vacancies. Most of the roles involve working in the In Patient Units at Brentry or Knowle, but there is also the need to provide Bank cover for our Day Hospice and Hospice at Home Services.
Being on our Bank register requires you to offer to work 4 shifts per month and to offer shifts in at least 4 of the normal school holiday weeks during the year. You may, of course, not actually be needed to work on any of these occasions and the hospice doesn’t guarantee any number of hours in any period.
We are now welcoming applications to our bank register for staff nurses and Healthcare assistants
