Cleaner - Clinical areas
25 hours per week including alternate weekends. £6.24 per hour plus weekend supplement.
We are looking for an experienced cleaner to join our Housekeeping Team, reporting to the Cleaning Team Leader and working afternoons from 2.00pm - 7.00pm.
The role involves carrying out cleaning duties in the In-Patient Unit and other clinical areas to ensure a high sandard of hygiene and a safe environment for our patients.

Community Nurse Specialists
Band 6 - Full Time
We are expanding our Community Team to meet the demands of the caseload and we also have an opportunity for a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
You will be responsible for a caseload of patients for nominated area and for assisting and supporting your colleagues as required. You will work in partnership with primary health care teams, acting as a resource to provide specialist clinical advice, support and education, ensuring that practice is evidence based.
You will need to have extensive post-registration experience, a proven track record at a minimum of Band 5 and knowledge of specialist palliative care. You also need to have, or be willing to work towards, a specialist community palliative care degree. A teaching certificate would also be useful.

Staff Nurses - Hospice at Home
Band 5. Part time up to 30 hours per week
The hospice seeks to enable real patient and family choice for end of life care and we are currently increasing the size of our team providing care in patients' homes.
The service allows patients with complex care needs to remain at home in the last few days of their life and is also used to provide urgent respite care in the patient's home. You will work closely with the Hospice Community Nurse Specialists and the District Nursing team to provide this 24 hour service.
You must have current or recent experience in a hospital or palliative care and be prepared to work flexibly and independently whilst also being part of a team and its rota. A valid driving licence and access to use of a car is essential. Experience of community working would be helpful.
A full orientation programme will be organised and on-going staff development and training opportunities encouraged.
