Christmas appeal

Let’s join together and make this a special Christmas…

Help us fill our building with festive cheer and bring a little sparkle into the lives of our Day Hospice patients by donating to our 2011 Christmas Appeal today.

St Peter’s Day Hospice is the only day centre in your local area that provides care and support for people with life limiting illness such as cancer, heart failure and motor neurone disease. All our care is provided completely free of charge.

Every donation you give buys another link in the chain and helps us provide a Christmas meal and modest gift for all our patients. Your gift will also offer local people – many of whom live alone – the care and support that can improve the quality of their lives enormously. Relaxation classes, alternative therapies and art and craft activities can ease patient’s stress and help them forget about their illness for a while. Whilst simple exercises and nutritious recipes that are quick to prepare, help patients to stay independent for as long as possible.

Thanks to your donations we have raised over £38,000 for our Day Hospice.

Support our Day Hospice by donating today.

Messages of support we have received:

  • 'I will never forget the wonderful support we received in the last days of my husband’s life and want that to be available to others'
